Am I eligible for return or refund?

If you are unsatisfied with the product you have received or ordered an incorrect product, we will be glad to assist you with an exchange or refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase shipping date, product must be unused and in original product packaging. Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.


How to apply?

Before sending anything back, you must contact by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a manual return authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An RMA number does not imply that credit or exchange will be given, it is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to without the proper authorization and paperwork may take additional time to process the return. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get it taken care of.


What to do before sending back?

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Products returned with signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted for refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Any products that are returned used, damaged, without an RMA number, without packaging or damaged packaging, missing parts or accessories, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (15% of the original invoice price of the item). However, these types of returns or exchanges are still subject to be denied and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.


Who will pay the postage?

Return postage is firmly the responsibility of the sender. Any packages sent back to Hyranger via Return to Sender method will be charged the additional shipping cost in the amount of $4.99-$9.99 depending on the final cost incurred.


How will I be refunded?

Once a return has been received and approved, Hyranger will issue a store credit or exchange as noted on the RMA Form. A refund to the original form of payment for the current cost of the part(s) can be done if the item is within 30 days from the original receipt date. If the defective item being returned is outside of 30 days, only an exchange or store credit at the current cost of item(s) will be issued.


when will I be paid?

If you paid with a credit card, you will be refunded based on your card company’s processing time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
