When you use any Hyranger.com product or service, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you create an account on Hyranger.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may create/use a Hyranger.com account only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Hyranger.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site (collectively, the “Contents”) are Hyranger.com’s intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark trade dress and/or other intellectual property laws. The Contents are owned, controlled or licensed by Hyranger.com and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Hyranger.com.”). The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Hyranger.com.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site, or any related software.
We currently accept payment via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and purchase orders (government agencies and educational institutions only). If you are paying by credit card, your credit card statement will show a charge from HYRANGER.
Orders paid via credit card are subject to billing address verification. The address you enter as your billing address MUST BE the address at which you receive your credit card statement. All orders for which the billing address does not match are subject to cancellation without prior notice. Orders with a shipping address different from the stated billing address may also require additional verification.
All orders shipped to a Nevada address are subject to 8.1% sales tax on the entire order including shipping and handling charges. If you are tax-exempt, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges shall be processed in a timely manner to better serve our customers needs. Please allow for 3-4 business days for processing from the date of delivery. Arrangements for a return (merchandise not needed) must be made within 30 days of the original receipt date (this is when the package arrives in your hands, not when you place the order). Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Hyranger.com for a refund if “not needed”. Make sure to inspect your repair parts carefully upon receipt. Before sending anything back you must contact Hyranger.com via our RMA Module on the site. You will log in, go to my account, click on the order you wish to RMA, click on the RMA button and move through the RMA process. If you do not have an account, you must contact Hyranger.com by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a manual return authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. An RMA number does not imply that credit or exchange will be given, it is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Hyranger.com is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to Hyranger.com without the proper authorization and paperwork may take additional time to process the return. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get it taken care of.
Return postage is firmly the responsibility of the sender. Any packages sent back to Hyranger via Return to Sender method will be charged the additional shipping cost in the amount of $4.99-$9.99 depending on the final cost incurred.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on repair tools that we sell.
Return Shipping Cost and Insurance
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. As the return shipper, you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage. Hyranger.com does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.DELIVERIES), while Hyranger.com will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. All cancelations will incur a 10% or $2.50, whichever is greater, cancelation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.
Risk of Loss
All parts purchased from Hyranger.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
Hyranger.com provides a lifetime warranty on all parts it sells, provided there is no physical damage to the part (i.e. torn cable on a display assembly, scratches, etc.). This means the product is guaranteed to function as long as you have it. Hyranger.com does not control the use of the parts it sells; therefore, there are no express warranties other than as stated for any part. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any purpose. Since Hyranger.com cannot control the way the parts it sells are used after their sale, we are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. The warranty provided does not apply to a part if damaged by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, or improper installation. The warranty is at Hyranger.com’s sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part. Our lifetime guarantee is forever, given Hyranger.com’s continued existence. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase to provide support for products under warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Some products, such as batteries, are designed to be consumed during use, consumable products do not get a lifetime warranty replacement (i.e. If your battery replacement fails after a couple of months, we’ll replace it. If it loses potency after numerous cycles, we won’t).
